Video promo for Cheshire NT site

Online video marketing company Digital Visitor has completed its first project for the National Trust.

This involved the production of a two-and-a-half minute video promoting Quarry Bank Mill and Styal Estate in Cheshire, one of the country’s premier industrial heritage sites.

The launch of the video was timed to coincide with the opening for the 2008 season of the ‘Secret Garden’, the picturesque valley retreat which once belonged to the mill owner.

The mill itself boasts the most powerful working waterwheel in Europe as well as a restored Apprentice House, millworkers’ village and country estate.

Digital Visitor, founded by Anthony Rawlins and his co-director Simon Jones, counts the ss Great Britain in Bristol, the Royal Highland Centre, the Bath & West Showground and the Tourism Skills Network among its clients.

The company offers video production services, video marketing and distribution, video hosting and Visitor Review, the last named allowing a client's online visitors and customers to share their experiences with text, images and video all linked directly from that client's website.
